Manual Payment
Submit manual payment for approval
The SHSPayGo System has ability to accept automatic payments via USSD and Online channels. However, for situations where Customers are unable to make payment via the automated channels, manual payments can be registered in the system using this option.
Tap the Manual Payment
button to pop-up the input form:

The details of the Device and the Payment plan will pop-up showing the expected payment (Amount Due) and the description of the payment.
Enter the actual amount paid by the Customer in the Amount Paid box. Check the Can Use from Wallet Balance if you want to use the balance in the wallet plus the amount paid to make up the amount due.
Tick/Check the Generate Token box if you want the System to generate a Power Token for this transaction. Also tick the Send Token box if you want the system to automatically send the Power Token to the Customer via SMS.
Click the Submit button to submit it for approval.
Partial payment is not permitted in the system. The sum of the Amount Paid and the Wallet Balance (if checked) must be equal or more than the Amount Due for the system to generate Token.
