Generate (Adhoc) Token

Generate Power Token

Power Tokens are the codes used in activating the Device monthly. They are automatically generated when payments are made successfully and sent to Customers directly via SMS.

However, where situation warrants an adhoc generation of Power Tokens, use this feature to generate Power Token without associated payment.

Click the Generate Token button to pop-up the form.

• Select the Token Type from the dropdown list Monthly -> This is a Power Token that will power the Device for 30 days after which the Device will go off until another Token is generated and loaded. Permanent -> This is a one-time Power Token that will activate the Device permanently.

• Turn on the Send Token button if you want the generated Token to be sent directly to the Customer via SMS

• Click Generate button to generate the Token

Permanent Token activation is irreversible. Do not generate a Permanent Token unless you are sure the customer has fully paid off the lease.
